The final of the 2022 Legal Eagle knockout was played on 10th May at Wildernesse Golf Club between Lady Captain Di Kyle and Belinda Rattray. Belinda, playing with home advantage, took an early lead by parring the first three holes. Although Belinda maintained the lead throughout the match it was closely fought but Belinda was driving well and her consistently good approach shots ultimately won the day. Congratulations Belinda!
The players were glad to have finished the match before the torrential storm which swept through Wilderness just after they came in. Belinda (right) is pictured just after the storm had gone through.
The draw for this year's Legal Eagle has now been made and competitors should have received details of their first round matches. Good luck to all.
